I'm a Designer who operates at the intersection of Product Management and Design, focusing on UX, Growth Design, and 0-to-1 product design.
I work with funded startups and growing teams, helping them scale, structure, and align design with real business impact.
At komoot, I designed and ran growth experiments that improved activation, retention, and monetization, contributing to meaningful revenue impact. I also took on a Hiring Lead role, leading hiring campaigns end-to-end and helping improve how design and growth teams work together. Across my career, I’ve led designers from direction to delivery and designed products used across 15+ platforms, from mobile to TV.
During my career, I’ve worked in agencies, startups, and in-house teams, collaborating with companies such as Apple, Sony Mobile, Yamaha, BMW, and Maersk.
My work has been shortlisted for awards, published in academic journals, and presented at conferences across Europe.

Hiring & team leadership
I’ve screened hundreds of CVs and portfolios and led hiring processes from job definition to offer. I care about building strong, collaborative teams.
In every team I’ve been part of, I’ve helped set up processes that improve alignment not just within design, but cross-functionally with product and engineering.

Figma; AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, Cursor, NotebookLM); Miro; Familiarity with HTML + CSS, Arduino and MAX-MSP.
Music, Cycling & Running
I love playing guitar and making music. And, as a late bloomer (I started playing when I was 28!), I have a lot to catch up and practice. I published an album with The Dark Joy, and released solo material.
Another big thing for me is cycling. I jump on my bicyle anytime I can. I go on long rides in the nature either alone or with my cycling buddies. It's meditative and it keeps me fit.
More recently, becoming a father has shifted my routines. Running has become a simpler way to stay active and clear my head.

“I like design to be semantically correct, syntactically consistent, and pragmatically understandable. I like it to be visually powerful, intellectually elegant, and above all timeless.”
